Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must include their original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised or made-to-order items (unless faulty).
- Perishable goods.
- Digital downloads.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Delivery charges are only refunded if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or you need a different size (subject to stock availability). Please contact us first so we can reserve the replacement.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return postage.
- For change-of-mind returns, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service to ensure the item arrives safely.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to cancel most online orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (within 14 days of receiving your order).
